full ingredients list:
CAKE:
- 160g vegan butter
- 150g flour - gluten-free if required
- 150g sugar - brown and white mixed
- 100g hazelnut or almond flour
- 2 tbs vanilla sugar
- 1 tbs baking soda
- 150ml soy milk
- 100ml carbonated water
- 1 small tbs apple cider vinegar
temperature and time: 180ºC / 35-40min
CREAM:
- 300g soy whip
- 250 g vanilla pudding - 500ml soy milk - 1 pckg pudding powder - 4 tbs sugar
- 1 pckg agar-agar
DECORATION:
- 300g soy whip
- sliced almonds
- strawberries
- rasberries
- blueberries
