Edward Burne-Jones (August 28, 1833-June 17, 1898) is a painting by the British artist Stained Glass writer Pre-Raphael.
On August 28, 1833, Edward Burne-Jones was born in Birmingham.
He studied theology at Oxford University Exter College from 1848, but decided to become a painter under the influence of both Dante Gabriel Rossetti and William Morris.
Edward Burne-Jones helped work in 1857 when Dante Gabriel Rossetti created a mural for the University of Oxford student hall.
In 1861, he worked for Morris & Co to design decorative art such as stained glass and furniture.
He visited Italy in 1862 and studied the Venetian art eagerly.
In 1881, Edward Burne-Jones received an honorary degree from Oxford University and in 1885 became president of the Birmingham Artists Association.
Edward Burne-Jones was a fantastic and graceful painting that originated from the pre-Raphaelites and aesthetics.
